Stock photoCrops & Harvest
These are the leading crops in our county, plus the Southern produce that grows well in North Texas. Seasons show typical North Texas timing.
Collin County farms reported these crops in the most recent USDA Census of Agriculture.
Source: USDA NASS, 2022 Census of Agriculture, Collin County profile. Collin County has 2,330 farms on 197,374 acres. Pecan acreage is withheld by USDA to protect individual farms' privacy.
Livestock
Cattle and chickens are shown as examples. We will add details about how we raise them once they are confirmed.
Products & Food Safety
Each product lists the inspection, grading, and licensing that applies to it. Nothing is offered for sale until these details are confirmed.
USDA marks, such as the meat inspection legend, the egg grade shield, and the USDA Organic seal, appear only on product labels that qualify for them. This website does not display them. We sell meat only after it is processed at an inspected plant. Custom-exempt meat is never offered for sale. Any claim on this site, such as grass-fed or organic, matches what is approved on the product label.
Certifications & Programs
This list shows where the farm stands with each program. Only items marked Confirmed are claims.
Farm Profile
Basic facts about the farm for buyers, lenders, and agency partners.
Private records, such as FSA farm and tract numbers, tax IDs, and bank details, stay off this website. We share them directly with the agency or lender that requests them.
Practices are listed with their NRCS conservation practice code. Only practices in place on the farm should be marked confirmed.
